Whom do I contact about complaints?
Complaints about a rule or covenant infractions should be reported to the compliance committee. You can submit a complaint in the complaint tab in this website and they will contact you in a timely manner.

If you have a city ordinance violation (such as barking dogs, grass growing out of control, debris in yards) you can send a complaint to Tulsa's Web Self Service at https://tulsa311.com/site/wss/login
When does the community pool open and close?
The pool and the splash pad opens Memorial day and closes on Labor day and is closed every Tuesday for maintenance.
The pool is open from 10am-9pm and is closed every Tuesday for cleaning.
Who do I contact to get a key card to the pool?
A pool card is issued to each owner upon moving in. Effective October 1, the pool card will be delivered to you by a member of the Welcome Committee when your welcome books are presented. Replacement pool cards cost $25.00 each and can be obtain by emailing cypresscreektulsa@gmail.com, calling 918-481-2133, or issuing a notification through the contact us link on the home page of the website www.cypresscreektulsa.com.
What do I do if I want to make any changes to the exterior of my house or yard that needs approval?
You will need to submit an architectural request form that can be downloaded from www.cypresscreektulsa.com. Fill out this form and submit it to the Architectural Committee at cypresscreektulsa@gmail.com for review and approval. You should hear back from the committee within 10 days.
What kind of fish are in the ponds?
Stocked fish in the ponds have been known to be bass, bluegill and catfish. Although other varieties such as crappie and perch can be found. Our ponds are catch and release only and will be enforced.
